In the remarks, Dallo wrote that the match’s outcome was influenced by a national team command from France that, as he put it, was driven by the phrase, “command from Africa.” In the end, he said, the match was decided by the best team.

Dallo wrote: “Kristof, you’re right. In 1998, you were with France, but I saw PY say against the command from Africa.” “Given the material, Dallo said, Dugarry told me that in 1998, France beat Paraguay 1-0 with a goal.”
