Democrat Malory Makmorov suspended his campaign for his party in Michigan, citing that he had been unable to proceed with the election due to a lack of support.
In a statement on social media, Makmorov said that he could not continue his campaign. He also wrote that he had decided to suspend his campaign for United States Senate.
In his post, Makmorov wrote: “Today, I’m announcing that I am suspending my campaign for United States Senate.” He also added that he would continue working on his campaign without corporate PAC support.
