The bonus for Juventus forward Randal Kolo Muani leaving Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is linked to the fact that the player was able to reach certain performance targets, and the bonus is triggered by the contract clause.
Based on information from Lequipe and Gazzetta, Kolo Muani was supposed to leave PSG for Juventus for the transfer to be finalized. The amount of 38 million euros in fixed fee and 12 million euros in bonuses was tied to the player meeting specific criteria.
Lequipe also reports that Kolo Muani was paid for leaving PSG, while Gazzetta adds two more details: a bonus for leaving in 2025, and a bonus for the season in which he scored goals. Lequipe notes that the player scored 11 goals in 54 matches for PSG.
The bonus is expected to be paid to PSG depending on the next stage of the transfer. Specifically, Gazzetta says the official bonus for Juventus will be paid by 2031, while Lequipe indicates that the bonus for leaving PSG could be paid earlier.
