GasLog said that the incident occurred on its Gaslog Shanghai LNG tanker 31 days ago. The company did not provide details about what could have caused the incident. GasLog said that GasLog LNG Services had already carried out the planned activities, and that the incident was not confirmed by any external organization.

According to the company’s data, based on the analytical materials of Kepler and LSEG, Gaslog Shanghai has been anchored in the Ras Laffan area in Qatar for 27–28 days. The data shows that 31 days have passed since the incident, while 2 weeks have passed since the incident started.

In the meantime, the incident occurred in the waters near Oman, with no details about the incident in the Strait of Hormuz.
