Hannah Waddingham and Juno Temple discussed what they said is the future of Ted Lasso in the final season. Speaking about the show’s fourth season, they explained that the story has been written with the same characters in mind.

For The Independent, Waddingham, who plays Rebecca Welton, the owner of AFC Richmond, shared news about season 4: whether there will be a fifth season. Temple, who plays Coach Beard, said that “it’s not really” in the plan.

The material also notes that all episodes of the fourth season will be released at once. Season 4, which is set to be the final run, will consist of 12 episodes.
