How to vote for FIFA president: the rules have changed

• The Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) said that it found FIFA’s list of documents that were submitted after the plan to sell certain documents to be in violation of FIFA rules.
• For candidates for the UAF presidency who are under 18 years old, the UAF will set out additional requirements for the candidate’s submission of certain documents to FIFA.
• In the case of UAF presidential candidates approved for the 18-year-old age group, the rules state that they may not be changed through legal means. This is because FIFA’s “reasonably anticipated” rules require the UAF to ensure that the documents submitted to FIFA are correct.

FIFA president elections will be held within the framework of the Congress, which, as the UAF explained, will take place in the middle of the year — in one of the FIFA Congresses. The UAF also noted that the current rules are based on the FIFA Forward Enterprise (FFE) plan, and that the Associated Press report cites the “reasonably anticipated” provision. The UAF said that the FIFA president elections could be held in 2027 at the latest, and that the plan to sell certain documents to FIFA is part of the process.

The UAF also said that the FIFA president elections will be held in the middle of the year, and that the rules for the election of the FIFA president could be changed if the FIFA Congress decides to do so. The UAF added that the election of the FIFA president could be postponed, and that the UAF will continue to follow FIFA rules.

As the UAF noted, the UAF has 55 votes, AFC has 46, and CONCACAF has 35, and that the UAF does not have enough votes to block the election. The UAF said that the AFC, which has 72 votes, is expected to support the UAF.

According to the UAF, the UAF’s plan is to hold the FIFA president elections in 2027. The UAF said that the plan envisages that the FIFA president elections could be held earlier if the FIFA Congress decides to do so.
