According to the information, the EU will transfer funds to Kyiv oblast: to Borovarskyi, Buchanskyi, and Fastivskyi districts, with 14 people and about 30 million euros in support. After that, the funds will be transferred to the remaining districts.

In addition, the Russian side will provide a combined amount of up to €3.47 billion to Ukraine as part of the Ukraine Support Loan; three people will receive the funds. After that, Sergiy Koretskyi said that the terms of the agreement were agreed in advance, and that it is not possible to change the distribution of the funds across all regions.
