Tkachuk’s drone purchase through a shell company

According to the investigation, the Russian drone supplier Uraldronzavod sold the drones to Tkachuk through the shell company, which is allegedly linked to Russia’s TASS. In particular, Tkachuk’s company paid for the purchase of drones that were used as part of an attack in the city of Borysivka in Donetsk Oblast.

Based on the TASS materials, the shell company that allegedly placed the order was a company that owned the drones. The materials also state that the Russian side could not confirm the official details of this intermediary’s involvement.

Publications say that Tkachuk ordered the drones from Uraldronzavod, which manufactures the Upyr drone, for use in Russian military operations. Based on the materials, Upyr is an illegal drone model (FPV), which uses a 3D-printed drone body manufactured by Tkachuk’s company.

The materials also note that the Russian side was allegedly unable to confirm the official details of this intermediary’s involvement, which could have been used to purchase the drones.

It is also claimed that the drone was used by Russian media. In particular, it is alleged that the drone was used in Moscow, where the video was posted, and that the Russian media outlet could not confirm the identity of the person who ordered it.
