According to the investigation, the man in Moscow was buried on 1 September after being taken from the Balzi Rossi restaurant, which is why it was not possible for him to have been killed by the blast that day. According to official information, he was buried 21 days later. The investigation also says that the Russian authorities have not provided any evidence that the man was killed in the blast.
