Poland’s draft law on restricting the Ukrainian nationalization of Parliament. Under the bill, draft law No. 15360 provides for the prohibition of 287 people’s deputies within a certain period.
In particular, Poland may remove any person from office if, in the opinion of the authorities, they violate the law on “Russia,” including the Russian, Ukrainian, and other states’ laws. It also provides that the law will be applied to those who spread Russian propaganda in Ukraine.
The draft law provides for criminal liability for violating the law on the prohibition of the use of Russian symbols, as well as for those who support the Russian regime.
