MZS filed charges against three people for the explosion of an apartment in Monaco

The explosion in Monaco, which occurred on June 29, injured three people — all of them Ukrainian nationals. The Ministry of Justice press service said that the investigation was launched by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, having established that the explosion was carried out in the interests of Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolaiev.
According to preliminary information, at around 9:00 p.m., a camera was found in the doorway of the building where the businessman was staying in Monaco, and a bomb was detonated after the door was opened. The comment from the MZS stated that the plan was carried out without delay, and after the explosion, the suspects fled the scene. The MZS said that the right to initiate an investigation was exercised by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the suspects were identified with the involvement of the French authorities. The investigation is ongoing.
According to the information, the explosion was caused by an improvised explosive device. The investigation is ongoing. It is also noted that the businessman was injured through an apparent assassination attempt.
