Sterpe offers 80% of Frosinone fund Clara Vista in a deal worth 41.5 million

In a special press conference, Frosinone President Maurizio Stirpe announced the sale of 80% of the club to the American investment fund Clara Vista. The fund also owns Ipswich Town. For the remaining control of the club, Clara Vista will pay 41.5 million.
With the information provided by the parties, the purchase will develop the infrastructure for the youth sector. Sterpe will retain 20% of the shares after the deal for the next two years.
Frosinone was founded by Sterpe in 2003. Since this season, the club has played three seasons in Serie A and will go into the fourth season in 2025-2026, after which it will play in Serie B.
