Ukraine launched an air defense system on NPZ in Ufa to protect Penza 1

In the meantime, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that another air defense system was deployed in Russia.

According to the words, a series of measures is being carried out to repel the enemy’s air attacks. In particular, the line of defense in the Penza region is planned to be strengthened, with the delivery of 1,300 kilometers of front-line fortifications.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian side says that the air defense system in the Penza region was activated, which is supposed to protect Ukrainian cities from air strikes. In the meantime, it became known that the line of defense is being strengthened by about 600 kilometers of front-line fortifications.

The Russian authorities did not confirm the information. The RF Ministry of Defense said that 179 Ukrainian drones were shot down in 16 regions of Russia, and also that the Crimea was attacked with Azov Sea drones.

The Penza region governor Oleg Melnichenko said that the drone’s ammunition was detonated after the air defense shot it down in the process of being intercepted.
