After an 11-car crash, a tanker overturned in the Netherlands

On Thursday, 2026-07-02, in the Dutch city of Taїlandі, an 11-car tanker overturned on a highway due to a collision with other vehicles, spilling fuel and causing the death of all passengers. The incident was reported by Mukdahan, citing 600 kilometers of the highway in the province of Bangkоk.
According to preliminary information, the tanker was carrying fuel and collided with another vehicle, causing the driver to lose control. The tanker then overturned. All 14 passengers were killed.
The police said the tanker overturned due to a collision. The cause of the accident is still being investigated, but officials say the driver may have failed to keep a safe distance from other vehicles.
According to the preliminary report, the accident happened at around 11:00 a.m. near Mukdahan–Don Than, on the road in the direction of Ban Na Viang Kaew in Si Nuan district, Muang Meuang.
At the scene, medics helped the injured and transported them to the hospital. The tanker caught fire and burned down. The driver died at the scene.
Early investigation suggests the tanker was filled with fuel and the crash caused the tanker to overturn. The tanker was carrying fuel to the city.
