Try to keep quiet: what the judge ordered the Roach family to do

  • Judge orders Shabira Ahmed to be silent after giving evidence about how she was abused
  • Deported to Pakistan for violating the Immigration Act 1971 after a judge ruled she was overstaying her visa in the UK
  • After leaving prison, Ahmed was later extradited to face charges

The judge said she should keep quiet, “if she wants to live”, and ordered the Roach family to stop bullying Shabira Ahmed, which the judge said was linked to her “mental health” and “by the fourth”.

Ahmed, 73, has been in prison for “Daddy.” She was sentenced in 2012 to life in prison for the murder of her husband. She was released after 14 years.

But the judge said that after being released, the British grandmother, who was sentenced with her husband, could not be deported due to the Immigration Act 1971. However, documents published online show that Ahmed was sent back to Britain by 1973 for violating the “right to be in the country”, which the judge said was linked to her deportation.

The former minister of the Democratic Party, Jack Smith, said in an interview with LBC that the law allows deportation for people who arrived in the UK from abroad as part of the family. However, he added that the Pakistani government could not deport Ahmed without the UK’s approval.

On the basis of a court ruling, the Home Office said that Ahmed was deported to Pakistan because she had been convicted of a serious crime and posed a threat to society. The Home Office also said that she had been given the opportunity to appeal the decision.

In addition, the judge said that the court had ordered the Roach family not to contact Ahmed and not to speak about the case publicly.
