Try to sue 16 children for an anti-tank mine in Ogaio to pay damages

On July 2, 2026, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a lawsuit filed by 16 children, who were injured in an anti-tank mine incident. The children will remain in court for 18 months until 18 years old, and the judge will be required to pay a total of 12 to 12 feet of compensation, according to the findings, in the first instance. The children will be required to pay an additional 4 to 4 meters.
Following the ruling, the lawsuit will be dismissed. The case is being brought against Gary Siders Jr. and Christina Siders, as well as Gary Siders Sr. and Elizabeth Siders. The judge ordered the family to pay $300,000 for the mine, and also to pay an additional 17 points, according to court records for the children.
According to the lawsuit, two brothers were involved, while one parent was injured. The judge, General Prosecutor Andy Wilson, said that the case was brought against the children, and that the mine was responsible for their injuries.
