England’s voice: Farrell’s late strike gives England the win over South Africa in Nations Championship

In the fourth minute England’s Nations Championship match against South Africa at Ellis Park. The visiting Steve Borthwick got off to a flying start, with Jordan Frebenk scoring a try for England in the second minute.

Frebenk scored in the center of the field (full-back) line from Canada Merli to Immanuel Fai-Vaboso on the third try. Tommy Frimen scored from Sebom Atkinson.

The next try came from Jordan Martin, who powered into the England try line after a Six Nations 2025 lineout. Martin’s second try came from Alex Coles, and the final score was Oli Chessum. Jordan Frebenk then scored again to put England ahead, as Mar O’Itoje responded.

Captain Jamie George, who came on as a substitute, scored in the 69th minute. The replacement scored with a try after Jack van Poortvliet and Fin Smith, while the match ended with a try by Tom Kerrie and Ben Earl.

Halfway through the second half, Gerrie Pollock was penalized. With the visitors already down, Pollock’s score was enough as the ball went wide, and the try was converted into gravity for the match in the final Gallagher Premi, giving Northampton Saints the lead.

Meanwhile, Frebenk, in his match against South Africa, named Luk Kovan-Dickie, Ben O’Bano, Eshere Opoku-Fordjour, Charlie Ewells, Guy Pepper and Alex Mitchell.

The match will be played at Ellis Park in front of a packed crowd. England’s captain will also be in the starting lineup, with Fidjie in Liverpool and Argentine at Stade-del-Estero.
