Ukraine asks 40 partner countries to transfer Patriot missiles to Ukraine this month

The ministry emphasizes that the request is justified by the fact that the partner countries can transfer the missiles to Ukraine for use in the near term, but the decision depends on the countries themselves.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine also notes that the contract for the supply of Patriot missiles is linked to the delivery of the PAC-2 missiles to the Patriot system for the German partners, and the supply is planned to be completed by the end of the year. It is also stated that the material mentions that the contract for the purchase of nearly 100 Patriot missiles for $1 billion is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
