Cannae Holdings has sold Black Knight Rugby. The company’s new owners include Premie r-league: the owners of AFC Bournemouth.

According to BBC Sport, the deal is worth £25 million. Exeter Chiefs, who have won back-to-back Premiership titles in 2020, have sold the club. The club has been sold for £25 million.

Black Knight Rugby is named after the group from the USA, which has controlled the club for the past two decades. As part of the deal, the company’s founders will be in France. FC Lorient and Auckland FC.

Exeter Chiefs won the European title in 2020, after being champions of England in 2017 and 2019. This season, Bournemouth’s Premiership has been suspended.
