Lewis Hamilton posted the fastest time in the opening practice session ahead of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. According to the materials, he beat Kimi Antonelli by 0.213 seconds.
The materials note that, after practice, George Russell in Australia finished just ahead of Antonelli by less than 40 seconds. That is why Hamilton is expected to be even more competitive.
